I had a great experience with Total Auto Services. My 2016 Honda Pilot's A/C started blowing warm air and made a gurgling/hissing sound after I turned off the engine. Another shop told me the compressor had failed and quoted nearly $3,000 to replace it. The team at Total Auto Services took a much more careful and honest approach. They inspected the A/C system, explained the pressure readings, and recommended recovering, vacuuming, recharging the R-1234yf refrigerant, adding UV dye, and performing a leak test instead of immediately replacing expensive parts. After the recharge, the A/C is blowing cold again, and the gurgling sound is completely gone. They saved me from replacing a compressor that apparently wasn't the problem. I really appreciate their professionalism, honest diagnosis, and willingness to recommend the least expensive repair that solved the issue. It's hard to find a shop you can trust, and I'll definitely be back for future service. Highly recommended!

This was my first time using their services. I was referred by my brother who was very pleased with the repair of his car. I recommend Total Services after meeting the owner. He pulled up the maintenance report for my vehicle and honestly showed me what needed to be done. The dealership told me that I needed a 5000 mile maintenance service. The owner showed me that all maintenance had been done and that I only needed an oil change. My car is a Lexus. My brother owns an Infinity. They service all vehicles. They were friendly and professional. This will definitely be the place I will bring my car to be serviced in the future.

I would like to start by saying that both Pedro Avalos and Asad I Mian are excellent Managers. They provide a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for customers by providing complimentary coffee and cold bottle water while waiting . I observed that both managers appeared to be very calm, patient, and completely transparent when explaining diagnostic results and pricing for repairs to customers. My own personal experience with Total Auto Service was incredible. After having a less than stellar experience with another auto repair company regarding my A/C issues, the staff at Total Auto Service restored my faith in getting satisfactory service from an auto repair company. They were able to get my a/c diagnosis within minutes of arrival. And was able to repair my A/C in the same day where the other company told me it would take two days. Manager Asad told me that they would have my repairs done in time for me to make it to work that day, and they totally did. I made it to work on time. And my A/C is working fantastically. I took my daughter’s car there. I did not know what was wrong with the A/C and they were able to figure it out real quick it was great. I did have to wait 6 hours cause i didn’t have a ride home but it was worth it seeing my daughter’s face when the way she calls it her “CARRITO” finally had A/c specially with the Houston weather. While I was there I got the alignment done too. So now imma be taking all my vehicles there as well. Great environment they get to know their customers. I noticed all their customers return and got greeted by name. I recommend this place.

Great service, I had a headlight that was not bright.i was quoted in excess of $300 up, from 3 different mechanics. A friend recommended Total Auto. I was in and out in under 1 hour, and saved $200. Great job guys thank you. I will returning soon

Visited the shop for air conditioner repair. First I encounter contact that was courteous .and respectful service. I had an appointment and did not have to wait. They did a complete analysis of my HVAC system, and check my OBD system for anything else. The diagnosis check was FREE and made minor adjustments. I highly recommend this shop!!!

First of all thank you for taking me in on a Friday afternoon right before Fourth of July weekend. Asad and Javier assisted with all my questions and assisted me with getting my AC system Freon recovery. I have a bad compressor and no other shop had time….but Asad and his team at total auto service got me in and out ahead of his waiting customers. He didn’t make me feel un-important like the other shops. I think I just found my new go to shop. Diamond hidden in the least expected location. Found a shop I can bring all my toys to get work done. I found this shop on Google. I needed a shaft replaced for my tire. The staff are friendly knowledgeable.. Pedro quoted me a fair price. Javier made sure I was taken care of. This is a very professional shop. I brought my car in for AC repair. They diagnosed the.problem the same day, explained the work that needed to be done and offered to bring us home if we did not have a way. They did not charge a 'diagnostic fee" like most car repairs shops. The repair charge was very reasonable. I was thoroughly impressed by the customer service and the work that was done. My car was ready when promised. This is my new car repair shop.

Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. I worked solely with Pedro, who I believe is the office manager. He was professional, personable, and gave me a very honest and trustworthy impression. The owner walked through as well and was very welcoming. The rest of the staff was just as pleasant. Although I didn’t interact with everyone directly, they were smiling, friendly, and created a welcoming atmosphere, which is appreciated when you’re preparing to spend hundreds of dollars on vehicle repairs! 😩😂 I also appreciated the small touches, such as offering cold bottled water to customers while they wait. The waiting area was clean, and the restroom was clean as well. The entire shop has a professional vibe. Hopefully, I won’t need any repairs anytime soon, but if I do, I would absolutely return and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
